To do this, we can add your team directly to the management area so you can edit the text, images, sections, and essential elements of your pages. Before activating these rights, some information is required.

Information to provide to activate access

To properly configure your editing access, please send us the following:

1. Email addresses to add

You can add a maximum of two email addresses per client.

If you already have two active seats, you will need to: • either delete an existing user • or tell us which one to remove before adding a new one

💡 Tip: Choose professional email addresses that are shared or regularly used by your marketing team (e.g., marketing@yourhotel.com).

2. The list of sites you wish to access

Clearly indicate: • the name of the site(s) • whether access should be restricted to certain environments • whether access is permanent or temporary

This allows us to assign the exact permissions to the correct project.

3. Creating a Webflow account

Each user must create an account before we can invite them. Go to: https://webflow.com/signup

Create your accounts with the exact email addresses you wish to use for access.

💡 Tip: once the account is created, no further action is required on your part until the invitation.

  2. You send us: • emails • the list of sites • the possible closure of an existing office
  3. We're sending you the invitations.
  4. You accept invitations from your email inbox.
  5. A personalized training session is organized to teach you: • how to modify your pages • how to update your text and images • how to manage your forms • how to publish your changes independently
