Yes, it is possible for another person to gain access to your site, but with one important limitation: each hotel site allows a maximum of two customer accesses. This ensures clear management, better security, and avoids conflicts when making changes.

If you already have two active users, you will first need to delete an existing seat before adding the new person.

Before adding someone: • check if a seat is still available • or tell us which user should be removed if both seats are already occupied

Process for adding a new access

To activate access, please follow these steps:

1. Provide email addresses

You can transmit up to two customer addresses per site. If a user needs to be removed, specify which one.

2. Create Webflow accounts

Before they can be invited, users must create their account here: https://webflow.com/signup

Accounts must be created with the exact email addresses you wish to use for access.

3. Provide us with a list of the sites concerned

Clearly specify: • the site(s) the user should have access to • the desired level of access (if applicable) • whether it is permanent or temporary access

4. Access activation and invitations

We add the users and send the invitations. Each user will receive an email and will need to accept the invitation to finalize access.

5. Post-activation training

Once invitations are accepted, we organize a dedicated training session to explain: • how to edit text and images • how to manage collections or dynamic elements • how to publish changes • best practices to avoid errors
